The Carnival Freedom only made her maiden voyage a short eight years ago in March of 2007. However, that didn’t stop Carnival Cruise Lines from bringing her in to do some updates. Most of the updates that have been made to the ship are relatively minor, but there are a few that discerning guests will notice. Mostly, the Carnival Freedom got a new coat of paint so that she can continue to be one of the best ships in Carnival’s line.
As far as the big changes go, kids are sure to notice that the Freedom has been Seussified. We’ll be showing you a few examples of this on the list. For the older set, there’s also a new sports bar on board that’s themed after EA Sports. The slate of shows that you can check out in the theater has gotten a makeover too, and now they feature some really amazing and high-quality production values.
