A new record was set in the hotel world, when The Mark Hotel located in New York City’s Upper East Side opened up the most expensive suite ever listed. Weighing in at a whopping 12,000 square feet, one has to wonder if this suite should even be called a suite at all!
In the following 9 pictures, we’re going to give you an exclusive, inside tour of what is now the world’s most expensive hotel suite. Just how expensive is it, though? Well, booking this penthouse suite will set you back an incredible $75,000 per night. (We think you’ll see why, though…)
1. First Impressions
Once you’ve paid the $75,000 and put your keycard into the front door, this is the view that you’ll be treated to.
2. Living Room / Ball Room
Here you’re taking a look at the suite’s living room. All of the furniture can be taken out, though, yielding a massive ball room with 26-foot-tall ceilings.
3. One Huge Terrace
If you head up to the top of the suite, you’ll find a door that leads to the terrace. The terrace itself is 2,500 square feet, larger than the vast majority of New York City apartments.
4. Taking in the View
From that terrace, you can turn any direction you’d like, taking in impressive views of New York City and its skyline.
