Royal Caribbean has been rolling out some truly amazing ships lately, but they’ve still got some of the older members of their fleet traversing the seas. Royal Caribbean doesn’t just say out with the old and in with the new, though. They’ve actually been updating many of their older ships, bringing them into conformity with the amazing luxury touches and technologies that mark their newer ships.
The Adventure of the Seas recently underwent renovations, and now she’s back on the waves. Not that there was anything wrong with Adventure of the Seas before, but now she’s even better. We’re going to show you some of the amazing features and amenities of this already amazing ship, and we’re going to show you a few of the places where she’s been touched up.
When you get to the end of this list, you’ll see how Royal Caribbean is managing to keep its entire fleet on the cutting edge. And, that’s a good thing, too. Because the cruise ship market is getting more and more crowded by the month, and RCI is going to need to do everything it can to make sure it keeps offering fun and entertaining ships like Adventure of the Seas to its passengers.
1. Big Ship
Although not RCI’s biggest, the Adventure of the Seas is still pretty big. It can carry just over 3000 passengers and about 1000 crewmembers.
The refurbishment didn’t change much, but guests will notice the new coat of pain in places like the ship’s atrium.
3. Royal Promenade
Like other RCI ships, the Adventure of the Seas features plenty of shopping, specifically in the Royal Promenade.
4. Classic Cars
One of the focal points in the Royal Promenade is the classic automobile, which you’ll probably want to get your picture taken next to.
